Ōta is a location-based entertainment experience platform operated by FUN VERTH Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “the Company”). In providing the Ōta mobile application (the “App”), we collect and use personal data from users, in compliance with applicable laws including the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data when you use our App and related services. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

• User Registration Information: name, email address, phone number, ID documents, etc.

• Usage Data: IP address, device type, OS, browser, location data, device identifiers, activity logs, etc.

• Behavioural Data: app usage patterns, content preferences, GPS-based location history, etc.

By using the Ōta app, you agree that your usage and location data may be shared with selected third parties (such as entertainment IP owners in Japan) for marketing and analysis. If such data is shared in an identifiable format, it is based on your consent to this Privacy Policy.


6. Opt-Out and Consent Withdrawal
Since the App does not currently offer an in-app setting to stop data sharing, users who wish to withdraw consent or opt-out from third-party data provision must contact us directly at the following email address:

7. International Data Transfers
