native.card Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) define the terms of use for native.card (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided on this website by native.inc (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

 
Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between Users and the Company.

2. The Company may establish various provisions (“Individual Provisions”) in addition to these Terms regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms regardless of their name.

3. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
    

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration in a manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company notifies the applicant of its approval.

2. The Company may refuse registration if any of the following apply, without obligation to disclose reasons:

• False information is provided during registration.

• The applicant has previously violated these Terms.

• The Company deems the registration inappropriate.
   

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

1. Users shall manage their User ID and password at their own responsibility.

2. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties.
    

The Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by third-party use of User IDs or passwords, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
